Description:
A60 class hinged double leaf door rebated door for internal use

Clear Opening maximum size:
2350mm_Width x 2267mm_Height
Door leaf :
- Skin made from 1.2mm galvanized steel as standard
- Optional is stainless steel sheet (mirror ,satin or mat finish)
- Insulation Neptune Panel ® thickness 50mm. Total thickness of door leaf 53mm
- Non active door leaf comes with manual operate flush bolt
- Automatic flush bolts are used when both doors leaves stay open with electromagnets door holders
Frame:
- Pressed galvanized steel thickness 4mm
- Optional is stainless steel sheet (mirror, satin or mat finish)
- The frame comes delivered for welding onto bulkhead
- Optional is frame prepared with holes for bolting onto bulkhead
- After request we can also supply installation kit
Sill:
- As standard comes with “L” profile sill (SL3)
- Optional sills are: “Z” profile sill (SL2) and “U” profile sill (SL1)
- After request we supply stainless steel sill cover
Hinges:
- 3 (three) stainless steel hinges in each side adjustable in height,
- Oiling point on top
- Bolted on door leaf, welded on frame
Lock:
According to DIN 18250 Stainless Steel
Handle:
Stainless steel with rosette or plate
Cylinder:
- stainless steel cylinder
- Cylinder-thumb turn or cylinder-cylinder
Door leaf and frame finish:
Two component epoxy primer in gray color painting for galvanized steel door, frame and sill as standard

Hose –port, A-60 vision panel, kick plate, door closer, electromagnet, indicator etc.
